Before using their service, I spoke with Stu over the phone to better understand the cleaning method best suited to each garment I intended to clean. He patiently talked me through each process at a high level detail. Following our call, I used their "Clean by Mail" service to dry clean a tuxedo and launder a few custom-made dress shirts. Their dry clean service shaped and softened the fabric on the wool tuxedo to the point where it feels and wears like a more luxurious fabric. So, when I had some dress shirts that needed the ugly heat transfer labels added by a local cleaners removed, I didn’t hesitate to send them along to Rave. I filled out the form asking them to remove the labels added by that other cleaner, and I got three shirts back that looked brand new again. No trace of the ugly heat transfers anywhere on the inside of placket. And the shirts looked incredible after laundering and pressing. Rave will always be my go to for premier cleaning services. "I purchased a well loved Chanel travel bag from a friend; I knew it was authentic and loved the style. However, the previous owner was not as meticulous as I am. The inside of the was dirty, and slightly stained. The leather was worn in the typical spots, handles and corners. I took the bag to RAVE just expecting a "refresh". I did not have high expectations. What I got back, looked like a brand new bag. The team at RAVE communicated with me throughout that they were doing everything they could to perfect the bag, therefore it might take a little extra time (which I was okay with). The level of care, attention to detail, and customer service was 5 star plus. I don't often write reviews, but with the cost of buying the bag from a friend and the cleaning/repair, my bag was still 75% less than buying the bag new. Honestly, now I know I can buy bag in less than stellar condition and even if they were only able to restore to 50% of this bag, it would still be AMAZING. Thank you RAVE, you have a new raving fan. PS: This is a locally owned company, but they do work nationwide. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to compete with big business, the Rave team is the reason this company is a huge success.
