"Crazy that this place has such a high reviews . My experience is totally different. They change owners or something happened that the prices and service is horrible . Prices up service down . Let me explain one incident , the last straw from me . I took two pants that needed to be hem. When I pick the pants they charged me 63 dollars ( the pants were Zara pants nothing expensive ) 63 dollars for hemming two pants ????? They didn’t even iron them or anything more that hemming the pants . In the past I used to pay 15 regular hem or 20 if they have to put any additional fabric for expensive pants . I was counting I would paid 20 each but nope 31.40 per pant . That is completely absurd. They lost my business ."

"Honestly I used to love coming here but lately I can’t get the service I’m used to. The hours aren’t convenient for us that work M-F and my items are consistently pressed incorrectly. Specifically my blazers. The lapel collar is overly pressed so I have to realign and press again which is just ridiculous. Generally my orders range $200-300 so I expect my clothes to be perfect. Maybe it’s just me"
