The dress and the slip both needed a seam split so I could feel more comfortable in it and they were able to squeeze me in and get it done same day! "High prices for low quality. I have come here 5/6 times over the past years with decent quality but the last two instances with the opening of the additional store have been bad. Seems like with the increased volume their quality is suffering. I was trying to explain what I needed done to my bridesmaids dress and was rushed out the door. Once I got my dress back it ripped before even getting it on and right at the new seem they placed. There was no apology, no refund or partial credit even offered of the 200 spent and I am hand sewing the rip."

"I rarely leave bad reviews, but to be honest, I’ve never regretted spending money as much as I regret spending money at this tailor. For the first pictured garment, I specifically asked the tailor to exchange all brown buttons for grey or black. The tailor went with navy buttons and skipped the inside buttons. For the second pictured garment, I asked the tailor to exchange the brown buttons for white or pearl. The tailor chose some nice buttons for the front, and then skipped the buttons on the sleeves. For the third garment pictured, I asked the tailor to fix a loop and add matching black buttons. He fixed the loop, and then added comically large buttons (twice the size of the originals) that the loops barely fit over, making it likely they will break again. There was a fourth garment I asked the tailor to replace a missing button with one I provided. That one turned out fine. I should also mention that when I dropped off the clothes, I was told pictures of the buttons they chose would be sent before they were sewn on, and that they would have them finished in 3 days or less and give me a call. A week went by. I called and they could not locate my clothes. Luckily, I found my ticket, and they were able to find them. They had already been alerted without contacting me. All in all, this shoddy work cost me almost $100. It was an absolute waste. I would never have brought my clothes here had I known this would happen."
