"Wanted to add to this review. Geri has been the woman doing most of our cleaning the last few months and she has been a dream come true. As I stated previously, this is a VRBO home and she could take over as the property manager. All of the tenants take note of how clean and welcoming the home is. She keeps track of what supplies we need and is even willing to purchase them. We live in the Seattle area so this is a huge blessing for us. We have not had one complaint from the hundreds of people that have stayed there about the cleanliness of the home. Prices are reasonable, the one time that billing was wrong, Brenda corrected it the day that I brought it to her attention. We own a vacation rental by owner in Scottsdale and Brenda has been cleaning the home for us and is absolutely fantastic, has never ever let us down. She is willing to schedule cleanings for me several months in advance and has never missed a cleaning. Every single one of our tenants have commented how clean the home is. She is reasonable in her pricing. She has also been able to get the same woman to clean most of the time which makes it nice for us because she knows what needs to be done. She is great about consulting with me regarding different things. She will call me if it seems the cleanings are taking too long to explain that her cleaner found the home to be more of a mess than usual. We have different people in and out of there frequently and all of the reviews on our VRBO have been positive regarding the cleanliness. She also is willing to go out of her way to do little things if I request them of her, ie: roll garbage or recycle out, put up happy birthday signs. I am so pleased that I found Brenda!"

"Brenda is phenomenal to work with, always finds a time to fit her team in to the clients schedule. I've used Helping Hands in the past for just routine cleans and Shi-ann was always great, never an issue. This time, for our move out in a 2800 sqft house, Brenda sent in Rosa and her team and THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The house was cleaner than it was when we moved in, the landlord was amazed when he saw it as was I. It is so clean in fact that the house 2 days after move out is going to be listed for sale already without another cleaning needed to be done. The house is perfect and Brenda, Rosa and their team did the best cleaning job I never thought would be possible. Thank you Brenda and your team! You all rock!"

"When my mother was ill she needed some extra help with the housekeeping chores so that her long time caretaker could spend more time on personal care. We chose Helping Hands and they sent us somebody who turned out to be ideal for the job. She was very friendly, and willing to do whatever we asked. The cleaning was extremely thorough and as a result it sometimes took a little longer than expected. Although my mother passed away earlier this year, we have continued to use Helping Hands services for cleaning our own house. I strongly recommend this company."

"My wife and I have four busy children all under the age of 12. We purchased our home in 2007 and our children have not been easy on it. While we employ a friend's basic house cleaning service to clean the bathrooms, vacuum carpet, and mop floors, we felt our house needed a "detailed, deep clean." I felt that our regular house cleaners did not have the detailed eye and thorough approach to clean all our baseboards, wipe all the kids' hand prints off every wall, clean every shutter, wipe every window track, etc. I had heard about Helping Hands Housekeeping and we decided to hire them for our job. The house was not filthy, but we wanted all the nooks and crannies cleaned. Helping hands sent out a crew of five of six ladies who worked tirelessly on our house for the whole day. They started at one end of the house and methodically worked to the other. When I returned home from work I was very impressed with their work! They had listened to our goals and expectations and hit every item we wanted cleaned. When I ran my fingers over the shutters there wasn't any dust. All the smudges on the hallways or the walls up the stairs were all gone. The fans and light fixtures were all cleaned. All the corners of the carpets, stairs, baseboards, windows, etc had all been taken care of. After inspecting the house I felt that we had definitely received the service we wanted and at a price that was fair for the scope of work provided. If you are looking for a cleaning service that is professional, reliable, and provides a high level of quality and detail, then I would recommend this company."
