I have enjoyed a consistency of professional service from these folks i didn't image possible. The Makenzie provided me with knowledge and a hands on tour of planting options that made the selection process a breeze. Once the trees were in place it became even more obvious she knew her trade. As for installation, Vincent and his team epitomized professionalism. With over 40 years of active military service I know leadership when I see it. Vincent clearly cares for his team, involved me in every aspect of the planting process and made it a educational and pleasant. The clear positive working ethic and environment of this team starts at the top with Philip. He esueds trust in ever aspect of his job. He clearly loves what he does and over years of doing business with Moon Nursery it is Philips easy going professionalism that brings me back every time! "Great experience overall with Peoria moon valley staff. Tommy did a personal plan for the backyard and managed all the details. The day of install went flawlessly and crews found ways to get trees installed without the need for a heavy crane and extra expense. Jeff Lowe was site manager and kept me well informed of timelines. Very happy and will do it again without hesitation."

"Purchased 3 trees at $1k in June and Daniel seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He informed us that the trees come with a 2yr warranty, not knowing what that meant, jokingly I asked if it was a tree doctor that comes to your house, Daniel said it was exactly like that. Feeling shocked, happy and reassured thinking they would help me throughout the 2 years, I made the purchase. After 3 weeks the trees were dying, all 3 looked yellow & the leaves were falling, & we made sure to follow their watering instructions. I called Daniel, who never answered any of my calls & my husband called the nursery to speak with Tiffany who acted like she had never heard of the “2yr warranty”, then proceeded to ask if we bought, the warranty. Daniel said it was free with the tree purchase but our word wasn’t good enough. At that point, I knew we were on our own. After a couple calls, Tiffany did give us moon juice to help the trees while watering but unfortunately only 1 tree looks healthy. Never again will we purchase trees from here, not only are they expensive but the employees lie to your face and give you the run-around. They lie about Home Depot or Lowe’s trees being inferior to theirs however I purchased a lime & lemon Costco tree (for $35) & both are doing beautifully, for being inferior trees. Tiffany said she would call us back to talk about the 2yr warranty & see what else they could help us with but it’s been 2 months, we haven’t heard from them."

"Today is the best day! We got new trees and the install crew was awesome! They called right when they said they would and arrived within a minute of the quoted time! It was like a ball of fire! They came in, hustled hard, planted two trees in our garden, and then cleaned up like professionals! We’re extremely happy and will likely purchase more trees from Moon Valley!
