They arrived on time, cleaned all the AC/Heat ducts, as well as the dryer vent. They were both thorough and respectful of our home. We were very impressed with Jesse’s professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to make sure we understood everything about the service they were providing and answered all of our questions. We couldn't ask for a better experience. "The only reason we gave 1 stars is because the kids working for the company were very nice. When the tech put the machine on the vent he picked the one closest to the return and this one had a lot of debris. The tube kept coming off and I mentioned this. He said it happens but it seemed dust was going everywhere. They did not wear booty shoe covers. It was very basic. Only one vent and just closed the other return covers. If anyone knows some air cones through so this is not a true air pressure clean. When they left we checked that vent and all the debris was still in it. We used our $60 vacuum to get what we could. Overall just a sales pitch and not worth the price. Save your money from these guys."
