They must have messed up a thread or something and so I wouldn’t notice they completely took it out; both my mom and grandma are seamstresses and they noticed what happened. **I’ve only worn this top twice. Not only that, it’s not clean and even the instruction tag was slightly ripped off by them. Learn from me and DO NOT TRUST THEM with your beautiful and favorite clothing. Changing my 5 star to a one star. I’ve been coming here for a few years every once in a while but how much I regret it."

"Was recently in the Biltmore area for a week long conference and reached out at 11 AM for dry cleaning on 4-5 jackets and 4-5 pants for the week, and they were able to turn around cleaning same day. Excellent service and a reasonable price for such a turnaround. Can't recommend them more."

"One hour cleaners is a LIE. Walked in today to get one simple men's dress shirt washed and laundered. Told them I didn't need it until end of business tomorrow (Sat). Their hours on Google say they're open Sat. Apparently that's not true. It's pickup only on Sat. And one hour is also not true. Despite ALL of their signage saying "One hour cleaners" it is only one hour ironing. So why doesn't their sign say one hour ironing not one hour CLEANING?! Beyond annoyed. I even tried to plead my case that I needed it for a party to attend tomorrow night and they didn't care. I recommend this business try TRUTH in advertising. Update: please note business response saying all the rules about needing to bring it in before 9am AND then still NOT ONE hour but same day. Why can't people just say what they mean and mean what they say?"
