"4 years ago they had damaged a Burberry tie, a Burberry trench and a few white Theory dress shirts and a suit. The owner Russ tried to tell me the yellow spots on the shirts were due wear or stuff left in the pockets but that didn’t make sense Bc none of my items had yellow backing so how would it be “wear” with yellow showing through. They melted the tag on my Burberry trench but I didn’t complain because it was on the inside. The owner was rude and dismissive, didn’t offer a refund or apology. He just said they would try to clean it again but maybe my shirts were too dirty or too worn. Even though they had messed up he didn’t even offer to expedite the cleaning, my husband needed his shirts for the next day but the owner just shrugged at me. Thankfully after 3 cleanings most of the “wear” was cleaned out of the tie and shirt. Take your business somewhere that actually has integrity and cares about their customers."

"I'm very disappointed, I would have gave this place 5 stars before COVID I always took my work shirts and suits here and they did an exceptional job. But now the quality is not what it once was. I had a shirt dry cleaned and came back with a new stain, and they press the shirts but the collar wasn't pressed and it was actually like bent. I'm not eager to come here and I'll be exploring other options until the quality is restored."

"I brought in a brand new shirt to have the button replaced. They couldn't replace the button, but instead of telling me, they cleaned it and charged me for the cleaning... It was a brand new shirt that didn't need a cleaning. So, I was charged for the unnecessary cleaning, and I still have to find a place to do the alterations. I wish businesses would actually listen to customers instead of doing whatever they want."
