Called and made an appointment, called a few times to confirm ETA, but no-show and phone is not on anymore. They get your name, number and address, info. "First I was told they would be here at 8:00am. 8:15 no show so I called. Dispatcher said we were first job of the day. He would call the guy. They didn’t say 8 to 10 like they told me. Then the guy shows up at 10:30. When he finally arrives. He stands outside in the drive way talking on his phone for 10 minutes. So I go out and ask if he could put up his phone and clean the carpet that was laying in the drive way. Then about ten minutes later when I opened the garage door he starts cleaning. My carpet was destroyed. I wasn’t about to let him do one more area rug. I asked to him to just leave. He told me I was crazy. I asked if he was illegal. You never know since 2 million have across our borders. He calls us. “You people”. I took that that he was referring to the American people. Called us lazy. So I called and was connected to Sean. So I told him what happened he cussed me out. So I hung up the phone. I will NEVER use Mr Clean Carpet. I wrote them a review on their website. Never saw it. They only put 5 star reviews. Don be fooled"

I originally found them on yelp for a discounted price and haven’t gone anywhere else for my carpet care. The prices are great and every individual that has came to clean carpet it home has been very respectable and dog friendly. They always show up on time and are so easy to work with for scheduling.
