"Definitely don’t use them for alterations. My husband’s black jacket, a simple fix on a tear. They used white thread and the line around the tear was disgraceful . I paid and asked them to fix it a month ago. Not a word. I hope they still have it! It’s a very expensive piece."

"Horrible experience with the his company ! Go to another dry cleaner unless you want your items returned to you ruined - they do not understand specialty dry cleaning and ruined my Burberry silk scarf and then refused to reimburse me for it. The owner is extremely unprofessional and then went on to tell me that it was my fault and that I needed to take my item to Burberry and take it up with them ? I proceeded to ask for a refund because I refuse to support businesses like this that rob from their customers - the owner refunded me but jipped me and didn’t give me full refund which is minimal at this point considering I took a $230 loss on my item."

"This place charged me $4.95 for a basic cleaning on a basic button up short sleeve collared shirt and it took them five days to complete it. Robbery. A typical cleaning at most places is $2.25 or less. If you like waiting five days for five bucks a shirt you’ll love this place."

"My husband loves his shirts when they come back from prime ! He likes medium starch, and they come back looking perfect and like brand new shirts every time. The suits also come back beautiful, and the prices are great, too. I've only ever had one issue with the timing of a pair of jeans coming back when promised.(needed them for pictures), but they were so apologetic, and quickly rectified the situation. I had to find another pair for my son, but ended up finding a pair that I liked on him better. I'm so glad that I tried Prime. When I was going to another cleaners in neighborhood, they charged something different every time, and my husband is fussy, and was starting not to like the burned collar corners, and other problems. The price gouging did it for me ! I have had only consistency at Prime. Give them another try..."

"Awful!!! Worst customer experience I have had! Dropped off jeans to be patched asked for price-woman at front said she did not know but would have owner call me the next day. I said I didn't want to spend more than 10 and if it was going to be more that I did not want them done. Never got a call and I came in five days later they were done and they were charging me $20 for a patch job!!! I said I didn't agree to that and she said I could pay the $20 or they would keep my pants also she lied and said she talked to me and that I agreed! This company is owned by a liar whom does not care about customer service...will not use them again."
