"I discovered some unexpected water damages in my bedrooms that went into my bathrooms. Scott, the new owner came less then an hour to my home and he did his inspection and sat down with me to go through the details of what to expect time wise and what we needed to do in order to how we will get it fixed. Scott and his team got out to my house right away to start the work on the damages. Scott also has a reconstruction business named SNK construction and we utilized his company to remodel the bathrooms after fixing the water damage. It was so great to be able to use SNK because they did an amazing job and were able to get started so quickly which was right after fixing the water damage. It was very convenient, and I would have not wanted anyone else to do that work because Scott made sure that I had no reservations for using SNK construction by talking with me about my options and reassuring me that he will take the best care of me, which he did that. He has great professionalism and truly cares about his customers getting taken care and he showed me that by helping me through the stressful and unfortunate situation. Mayte the Office Manager was very helpful, polite & professional. Marc was excellent and helped guide me through the processes as well. Which I truly appreciate their serves. All their workers/contractors were polite and professional. I appreciated ALL their Hard work! Yes, it's true it took time to get the work done But it was worth it in the end!
