"Wonderful merchandise, but when we went to check out, your employee was on what seemed to be a personal call. We sat our purchases on the counter, and we were completely ignored. We walked around inside the gift shop and returned to the outside checkout, only to find your employee still on the phone. She finally acknowledged us and rang up our purchases. Pretty rude."

"Harlow Gardens is a wonderful oasis located in the desert. The garden's beautiful premises make for a pleasant walk and offer an opportunity to learn about plants. Moreover, they have a team of experts known as "Plant Wizards" who are always willing to help you with any issues that your plants may be experiencing. Tori, one of the "Plant Wizards," has helped us revive three of our Monstera plants, which were suffering from either malnutrition or root rot. Tori provides excellent guidance by suggesting practical solutions that may benefit your plants. We keep returning to this nursery because of the fantastic environment and the exceptional service provided by Tori."
