"Not impressed with the quality or arrangement. I will say I ordered on line and they had them delivered within 2-3 hours."

"Called to make an appointment for our wedding. Bonnie stated after v-day would be best but she had availability at noon on sat. So drove over 30 min. Felt I was lost , no signs saying it’s a florist. I must of missed on their website it’s in a residential area. Since I was lost , I called. Seems Bonnie thought it was next Saturday and asked to reschedule. No thank you. On to the next … sigh …."

"We had the best experience here! The flowers were gorgeous, and were delivered right on time. In transit one of the roses came off, which wasn’t a huge deal because it still looked beautiful, but she was very apologetic and said she would bring another rose the next day to replace it. She ended up bringing a whole other beautiful arrangement. We are very pleased and will definitely shop here again!"

"I called Bonnie's Floral Boutique with a last minute same day delivery request. A family member was grieving a loss and I wanted to cheer her up. Bonnie was amazing! She responded quickly, listened to my story, put an incredible amount of heart into the arrangement and provided comfort to my family member who really needed it. Thank you so much! I can't recommend this shop enough."

"Only disappointing words second time around. Arrangement was so small for $106 with zero creativity with fillers. Flowers were cheap and died within two days. (Look at photos.) I'm assuming Covid made her buy poor quality and pass them off to customers expense. Happy anniversary card was written in pen by a ten year old. She issued refund but not for delivery. She just got done screaming (literally screaming) at me on the phone when I asked her for the delivery fee return. Says I texted her too late in the evening. Too bad she doesn't talk to past clients with some civility. Horrible and angry woman."
