"Beware of this tax preparer. We went here to file our taxes in February of 2022. We owed federal taxes which we paid right away & waited for our state return but didn’t receive anything. After 8 weeks of waiting we attempted to contact Rosalba on multiple occasions but she never returned our calls. We went to her office & she told us not to worry everything was taken care of. We went to the department of treasury’s office & were told that our taxes were never filed. We went back to Rosalba’s office & she stated that we needed to fill out an additional form (first time she ever brought up this form). After a few wells we checked in with her & she said she “personally took” said form to the department of treasury office. We waited & waited & come July we get a letter from the irs stating we owe a fee for not filling out taxes properly. We immediately brought this to her attention & she said that the dept of treasury probably didn’t accept the form. Since then she has been rude & confrontational regarding the whole situation. Her resolution for us was to give us a partial refund of $100 that we paid her for her services. The dept of treasury recommended we file a formal complaint & we told her we were going to do so & her response was that we can go ahead & do that it won’t affect her."

"Beware this yr she had so many audits and did not submit my taxes after several attempts to contact her she never responded to my calls/text/ and emails sad because I have known her for years but do not know what happened that she ended up doing them wrong i have friends who I referral and feel bad that they also had audits"
