"Don't use this company! Unless you want your bank accounts drained without even so much as a phone call. It's pretty sad when an everyday average Joe knows more about taxes that the 6 different people that have worked his account over 2.5 years. Don't let the low cost fool you, you get what you pay for! This company can't retain people, so every few months you'll have a new account rep that doesn't know their a$$ from a hole in the wall! Twice, IAS has overdrawn my accounts (which they have access to), and they don't give a $hit! Tried getting a hold of someone for over a week. No return emails, no return phone calls."

"Been with Michael about 14 years and service has gotten worse over the past 5 or 6 years. Every year he has to file an extension because it takes him about 4 months to complete them. Communication with Michael is difficult, hard to ask questions and answers are not concise. Prices went up and service has went down. Been too busy to find someone else."

"Someone referred me to here and it’s been terrible communication. I reached out and they asked me for all the information which I sent right away within 30 minutes. And then I don’t hear from them for more than 10 days, I had to call them and remind them and then they had a short phone meeting on a Saturday with me, said they will send me a portal link and I had to remind them again to send it on Monday, right now and then they sent it now. I guess they don’t have assistants because I have to remind them as their assistant. Won’t recommend this place to anybody. Looking for another accountant company now."
