"Been going here for 30 plus years and never had the experience I had last year and this year. Not only do they not return any of my phone calls for over 5 months never did my taxes last year when I went to pick them up the front office lady was so rude I couldn’t speak I had to just walk out! I will not ever go back! Tried contacting Dawn several times in the course of five months and didn’t receive one call back from her or anyone else. I am beyond frustrated and angry!"
