"I went into the office today located at Central and Southern and spoke with a lady she never gave me her name she didn't introduce yourself at all and I sat down and I told her I needed to do 2019 through 2021 taxes I let her know that I'm going to be needing the information to submit to the IRS to show that my dependent has been claimed by somebody else she then stated that for 2019 and 2020 I would need to pay up front $200 each and for 2021 it would be $300 and I would need all that payment up front. I told her I didn't have that amount of money just laying around so I was on my own she said yes. I then specifically asked her what form I needed for the fraud and she said 10:40c and I said that's just for the taxes she said yes that's what you'll need I said is there anywhere I can go just pick up the forms she said no I said ii can't go to the irs.com and print them out she said no she said you can go to Staples and it's like $90 and I said okay and I then again specifically asked her what the form number was that I needed for the fraud and she said 10:40c so I proceeded to go to the USPS store and print the forms for under $10. Giving her benefit of the doubt I went back there and I told her that you can go to the IRS and print them out yourself just in case she was not aware of that. But I don't think that that woman is very knowledgeable when it comes to specific tax issues or she was not concerned with my situation because there was no money in it for her at that point. I understand we all have bills to pay but at least guide a potential client in the right direction. Thanks"
