"It seems that the office didn't actually send my family's tax return for 2022 and IRS cancelled my son's W7 application due to the evidence not being received. I called them and was told that the owner would investigate the issue. I called several weeks later and had a lady listen to my story again and hang up the phone on me. I attempted to call several times right after and they ignored my phone calls. I am now going to officially complain to IRS about this office and will probably attempt to use court services to claim compensation from them for the financial losses they caused our family."
"The people are nice until they hear something they don't like. Was told there was a limit of children I could claim and that I couldn't put certain stuff in my taxes when I was asked by my previous one to bring everything I did my taxes and wasn't even asked if I went to school to put in my taxes. Was not asked a lot, than i was threatened by the guy in the curly hair to be audited by the IRS because I was trying to put down other stuff that apparently I was not supposed to, which is why I pay someone to do them because I am not well knowledgeable to do it on my own .Also, it was disrespected because I refused to pay them, haha . I didn't feel safe doing them with them, so I said thank you and will never go there or recommend it. But if it works for you, go for it. My opinion they could have been more professional."
"I have been trying to get the ITIN number for my daughter for 2 years already and they were filling out the application completely wrong. I had to go directly to the IRS to ask about why it was always rejected and basically the IRS agent told me that this place were telling me lies about what they really need. Don't go this place if you don't want all your taxes to mess it out. I have been trying to get my daughter's ITIN number for over 2 years and they were filling out the application incorrectly. I had to go to the IRS directly to ask why they were denying me and the agent basically told me that they had me on pure lies. Don't go to this place if you don't want them to make a mess of your taxes."
