"Carlos has been my insurance agent for years. I referred him many clients and all of my family members go through his brokerage. I had a really bad experience With his brokerage. Last December I called to renew my insurance. We went over a different plans and rates and chose one that was most Fitting for me. They asked for multiple documentations, and I sent everything over to them. I was Assured by one of his employees that I they had everything they needed. They had two of my credit cards and my debit card on auto pay. They never insured me, Because they needed additional information. They texted me in spanish and I don’t speak spanish! The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with! Very unprofessional, not knowledgeable, lack of communication and lack of following up with clients! I don’t recommend his brokerage or insurance company."
