"No Stars for this place. They are advertising $50 to file. I didn't get my $50 for filing. The lady is rude. I asked how much are they charging to file she changed the subject I asked again her response was "it depends let start, after we got done" she blew me off. I never got an answer how much they were charging. I don't have any kind of acknowledgement of how much they will be taking. Never will I ever recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever be seen there."

"Never doing my taxes here again!!! Got charged $300 to get them done. The lady didn't even tell me she was going to charge me that much! I never paid so much to do my taxes at the other liberty that closed. RIP OFF!!!"

"Did a quote and im a truck driver and had my All my paper work and the time I did there jeez too much to do it and plus it seems they don’t how too do my taxes for trucking and I asking the question about what to get the highest out of it and I brought all my receipts and the lady there seems she didn’t want too do any work and she starts saying all u can’t do that and this but try this and at the end she just want too work easy and fast so she can get paid right away and then I review my quote gettin back was soo lil and I look at it again she miss a lot of stuff there and skip most of my Deduction and etc.... I thought liberty tax would be great but nope I won’t go to them for a quote or I won’t fill with them..."

"Hi, I would rather not address the situation anymore. I have had a horrible experience with your company and I am planning to contact the BBB in Arizona with my genuine feedback. I have already been lied countless times by your employees, the entire process has been FRUSTRATING, to say the least. In particular, the manager at this location ignored me numerous times when I asked for help, finally he agreed to set up meetings TWICE. Each time, not only did he not end up showing up, I was outside waiting for minutes because he did not notify me about not showing up. Additionally, he had a family member or friend at the office for I don’t know what. But she was so rude to me when I tried asking her questions, she purposely had her back towards me the entire time and yelled at me to leave. You want to know her reasoning as to why she refused to service me? BECAUSE SHE DIDN’T WORK THERE! I have had an overwhelmingly terrible experience with Liberty Tax the employees there did not bother helping me what so ever, were rude countless times, and lied to me about what was going on with my check! I had to call the IRS for them to tell me the truth, for what reason did the manager lie to me, I don’t know. All I know is, I am going to send this review online everywhere, since it is an honest review and a detail account of my experience. Thank you for your surprising attention. It is now going to be October and I STILL do not have my check. The manager was at the location in Phoenix, Arizona (75th ave and Thomas) 2837 N 75th Ave #5, Phoenix, AZ 85035 In the end, the worst asset to your company was the ruthlessly rude manager at the location, he was so rude, I could not believe it!"
