Fred Loya Insurance

"This is currently my insurance company however they will only be my insurance company for the rest of this month cuz I paid them however the runaround they gave me with changing my address when I moved an hour and a half away from the nearest location I had to go into an office to sign a paper to change my address however when I signed up and got my insurance contract they have no problems with me electronically signing when I got the contract but I couldn't to change my address I have never had such a run around with accompanied and I will not be doing business with them in the future"

"This car insurance is a joke. I was paying $300 something for two cars. They asked me to renew my six month contract with them and when I paid for a new six month contract they told me my new insurance is going to be $600 and something so my car insurance just went from 300 to 600 and something they couldn’t tell me why my insurance was being raise. I told them I want to end my contract to give me my money back they had already charged my account 610$ and will not give me my money back. Even though I ended my contract they still had me pay for two months of car insurance and robbed me of my $610. It’s been well over two months. We are working on our third month and they still haven’t been able to refund my money back. This place will rob you do not get your car insurance from this place."

"Place is horrible. The man there.....William he is very not helpful. He will mess with anybody to get a kick out of it instead of helping them. Maybe if the "trainie" who sits in the next desk who act like she is busy is very unhelpful to. Even to sit through 45 min of William doing insurance quotes to get a bill paid when it's your turn he will be down right uterly rude and condenseding any way he can. I walked out after the wait and how I saw the customer service was and then to recieve rude remarks when you address the situation shows the true entegrity of a Fred loya insurance employee. Life's not that long u should have a better attitude nobody wants to deal with people like that. The trainee who refuses to give a name as well.I will be calling their bosses and corporate. And I do not live in Mesa but I will never stop at this Fred loya again for assistance. Hire better employees and u will get more revenue and business."

"Over priced! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I started my policy at $44.00 for liability 2 months later they had a "rate revision" it went up to $50.00 told myself Okay no biggie...2 months after that another "rate revision" price went up to $60.00. Hmm I started thinking because it was always changing when I would go in to make a payment. No notice in the mail or call! Well I paid 6 months in advance after that. I get a notice that I owe $10 the last month of my 6 month payment. I went in to ask why I owe $10.00 if I paid in advane and I was told another "rate revision" so my price is $70.00!!! This was July 10th 2016. My husband goes in today 8/09/16 and they told him they had ANOTHER "rate revision" and that our insurance amount is $102.00!!! This place is ripping people off! I went to a different place and my insurance is back down to $54.00. DO NOT COME HERE! they are a bad company ripping people off for LIABILITY insurance!"
