"Edited: The groomer contacted my daughter and explained that there was miscommunication at the pet salon. Arranged with the groomer to take the puppy back in to get the trim that was needed. Groomer did an excellent job with the trim and very pleased with the contact that was made. Will definitely return to Tempe Lake for grooming. I do not recommend getting your fur babies groomed here. Paid too much for what my daughters 11 lb mini aussie puppy received. Was specific on what we wanted trimmed. Ears were not trimmed and cut was poorly done if at all. The puppy was picked up looking exactly how it we dropped her off."

"Tempe Lake Vet is always able to see our dogs within a quick time frame! Everyone is so polite and welcoming and knowledgeable. We switched from another vet office and make the extra drive to come to their clinic because of how great they are! Thanks for taking care of our fur babies!"

"I've been taking my dogs here for over a decade for all their veteranary needs and adore all of the staff. All the staff who work in the front office have always been friendly from the moment I step through the door until we leave and the vet techs and doctors are amazing. Over the years my dogs have been seen by both Dr. Oa and Dr. Lockhart. Both of these veteranarians are kind, gentle and extremely thorough during the examinations with my fur babies. They both have WONDERFUL bedside manners, and take all the time needed to address all of your questions and concerns. I've even received phone calls well after their closing time to review test results and discuss how my fur babies are doing! I very recently referred a friend here who is extremely protective over who she will allow her16 year old chihuahua to be seen by, and she LOVED Dr. Oa! I enthusiastically and HIGHLY recommend Tempe Lake Vet Clinic and Resort!"

"I definitely won't be bringing my dogs to Tempe Lake Vet C and Pet Resort. I paid too much money for what my dogs received. I am very disappointed and don't recommend dogs lovers to bring them there for boarding. The regular runner is only designed for the handlers to clean it easy but not for the dogs to lay comfortably. There's a big canal in the middle that doesn't allow the dogs to lay flat on their bedding that I brought, which wasn't even used. They gave my dogs old rags, and in the only picture they sent in 9 days, my dogs look sad and helpless. My dogs feel secure sharing a kennel, but the runners they have are not designed well. The reports I got were the exact same for both dogs and not really accurate. Seems like the staff only copy/paste the reports. I'm really disappointed and I'm looking for a better boarding facility as we speak. Blaming the weather or an active dog is not what I want to hear. It's your business....do it right!"

"They are friendly and courteous. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait long. My dog Cash is 17 years old and his Doctor was Dr. Reid. That's his first name. He was excellent. The staff is really great too! They treat him well and make us comfortable. I'm always nervous taking him in to the vets, but this Vet Clinic is calming and they take time to explain everything. I highly recommend them to any dog parent."
