After paying the amount I was told by Jenn that I owed to the IRS, I began receiving letters from the IRS stating that I owed additional money and had paid an incorrect amount. I attempted contact with Zischke, Walker & Hill on 5 different occasions via phone and email and never received a phone call or email in return on why the amount I owed was initially miscalculated, and what could be done about it. This is their only job and I am truly confused why I never heard back about the mistake(s) that were made. Due to the lack of communication alone I would not recommend this company."
