"Hit or miss with the quality of tax preparers. Last year, amazing. This year, the lady couldn't explain why my return was so dramatically different from the prior year when I didn't have much change and had MORE deduction eligibility. The prices are too high for such poor quality. Might as well go to a CPA for the kind of fees they charge and know it's being done right."

"I file every year with Jackson Hewitt, but this year they sure put me thru hell. The first person that attempted to file my taxes came across a problem I never new about until the next person. Kept asking me about a marketplace insurance I've NEVER had. They had me calling the office to verify that I don't have it. Couldn't get it figured so sent to a third agent.... The third agent told me the first agent made an error therefore they've been trying to figure out how to make my taxes pass?.... I had to wait on a callback when they finally call me back it's a fourth agent I've never spoken to and she's asking me to call the insurance again!. I was upset I asked to speak to agent number two a Richard and demanded to speak to him only. He then told me he'd call me back the next day with information. The next day no one ever called me so on the final day I was gonna ask them to just trash my file and Richard informs me it finally went through. I am upset at all cost. I wish I could have at least gotten a discount for the whole mess. I'm never going back !. I spoke to a manager Jack.... What a jerk. No customer service ! All those years of service never did I see this coming! Don't trust Jackson Hewitt!"
