"I called and scheduled an appointment on a Monday, they got me in on Wednesday with Sue. The lady who answered was polite and helpful. Sue was amazing, can't say a negative word about her. Very knowledgeable and got my taxes finished in a timely (but not rushed) manner. Could not recommend this location enough to get your taxes done. I'll be back next year."
