"Jack completed my taxes. Everything appeared fine at first. Two weeks later, I received a much larger refund than what we were advised of. This is clearly not the correct refund and we'll be charged with an overpayment from the IRS. Corporate makes it nearly impossible to file a complaint and was on hold for approximately 42 minutes. I have been using H&R Block for years, but won't be returning as a customer."

If you like feeling like you’re driving into a brick wall when you are simply trying to communicate with them about my surprise appointment that apparently is virtual. If they mentioned it I did not hear it, I have never done a virtual appointment and I’d like to come in if possible. But nobody to talk to about that so I will leave it here. Dawn is the best, I doubt you will see anyone else once you meet with her to do your taxes. I won’t let anyone else do my taxes, although she probably wishes I would ! My returns are not always the most simple to file, but I know everything is being done properly , and I always have piece of mind. I’m glad to have Dawns help every year."
