"BEWARE! They have a policy to be upfront about pricing and they were not upfront at all at any time during the visit. Normally the software, which really takes care of most your needs, is about $35-$50. So that's not bad at all, right? In 2023, I had a couple of questions and thought maybe the office can help me with that as well as taking care of the taxes. Either way, the service that was provided was exactly like what I would have done on the software. Nothing different and thought that the price should not be much more than the software since I really didn't have anything complicated for the tax preparer Brice. It was a a simple and easy tax preparation and took very little time. Was dealt with a $338 cost. WHAT IN THE WORLD! I will never go to see Brice and especially this office. If they really honored the "Up Front" pricing statement then I would not have gone there at all. I have been using HR Block software for years and never had a problem with the software but this price was ridiculous. Beware and do not go to this location and especially Brice. He was never at any time "Up Front" about the pricing. I go up to the front to pay and was handed a big slap in the face. Totally rude and unprofessional and his part to do this. WOW!"
