"I am extremely disappointed. I had an 11 O'clock appointment and never was seen. I wasn't given a time as to when a tax preparer would be available, no one took the initiative to even step up and say they will call me when the next representative would be available. Someone walked in a was seen right away!! I have never experienced this type of service at H &R block, I am a returning customer for approximately 8 years now. Not sure if I will be returning to H &R block."

"I met with Krysty Whyte. There was a clerical error with my stuff and she went above and beyond to help me get everything corrected. Tjis took most of the day. I was so scared and she helped me and really took care of me and my taxes were filed. She was truly amazing. This woman is a total rock star, kind and efficient. Thank GOD."

"It is a good service, but it costs way too much money for someone who doesn't make very much. We only went this time because we had such a hard time last year, with filing and getting our taxes, and we wanted to make sure it was correct and sent in on time. It should NOT cost $350+ for an hour of work. I KNOW Rosa does not see $350/hour on her paycheck."
