"I walked in as it stated that you can do for drops offs and it took over 10 minutes for them to understand that I have a W2 for my taxes to be done. I’m disappointed. I went to a different location last year and had no issues and it was convenient! This location made it a headache and it took three ladies to “help me.” I believe training is needed at the location. Staff was kind."
