"Extremely difficult to talk to a person that works there. Made an appointment weeks ago, then was called to reschedule 2 days before the appointment. Very inconvenient. Have not been happy with the service so far. Hope all goes well with everything else!"
"Fail to disclose any available options or information about my taxes. Didn’t help with any opportunities or concerns for my deductions. She never relayed the cost for her service upfront. Only asked for signature and when I wanted to read she pushed forward without questioning why I wanted to read. Overall this experience was a waste of time. Ten minutes without help and a charge for 225. This was fraud in the case a senior tax expert “help” with my situation that could’ve been done online at home."

"Messed up the tax ifo filed the wrong info. Saif I'd get a call from management. Never got it. Saif they would put in a claim gor refund never heard back. Gaurantee said they would cover fees do to their negligence.... I'm paying the fees. Go somewhere else."
