"Communication is horrible here. Made an appointment for 2pm. Was not seen until 4pm. Was told the lady was “ not notified “ of my arrival by the receptionist. Unfortunately for this lie, I saw the receptionist go back and tell her multiple times. The receptionist then asked me to change my appointment time from 2pm to 3pm and claims the tax advisor received notifications of me there as well. I was told 4x “ she’s wrapping up” “ it’ll be just a few more moments. Honestly, if I wasn’t already committed to the time I have vested/wasted I would have just walked out.. I unfortunately need to get taxes done. Some back years. I know there are other ways, but I don’t know what I’m doing and was seeking “ professional assistance “. Clearly services like Turbo tax and OLT are the way to go. Will definitely not be using this location ever again. Maybe not even use H & R Block ever again."
