"I took a title loan years ago and paid it off in full. They said they were going to send lien released to MVD and just found out it never was sent in. MVD said they are quick to put a lien but not to send release. Every time I went to ask a question I had to wait for them to acknowledge me or I had to interrupt, there personal chitchatting, and you had to sit there and wait and wait till someone finally will come and help you. I’ve been calling and leaving messages and no one ever pick up or return calls. They are the worse."

"I used these guys for several loans in the past. They will give you more on your vehicle than the other title loan companies and return customers will get a better rate. However be aware, if you are late, they will call everyone on your application asking to get a hold of you. Also they take quite a bit of time getting your title cleared, they say up to 10 days. I did not take that long, I think 3 days is what they needed. Would be helpful if they speed this process. Staff is very good and helpful."
