"I worked with Cardinal Financial company to get some equity loan. From start to finish, in spite of pandemic, every transaction went very smoothly. APR presented to me was the lowest without any points. All the paperwork was completely done via their secure online portal. They take security seriously for sure, which is a great thing. Initially I had some hiccups with communications, but it was resolved real quick. On the closing day, a Notary showed up at home to complete the closing. Funds were transferred on time.
