"Worst experience ever! If you are a younger person who doesn’t have much education on how taxes work DO NOT trust Jackson Hewitt to help you or even do your taxes right. They charged me over 200$ to do my taxes and never upheld their guarantee to file my taxes correctly. I’m facing late penalties with the IRS because of Jackson Hewitt. So my taxes were not filed and the customer service afterwards was terrible. They did nothing for me expect steal my money and I still have a tax return I need to take care of.I used Jackson Hewitt because that’s what my father used but my experience made me wish I had chosen different."
