"Everything was fine. He told me I only owed $43 for last year (filed late) we did 2020 taxes as well all together and he informed me how much I was getting back mind you I didn’t receive two stimulus checks he didn’t inform me why I wasn’t getting them, also when I was about to leave he gave me a sheet saying I owe $1,500. Which I had no clue the whole time I was filing with him. It’s a lot of miscommunication and I think it’s disrespectful. I think because I’m young he wasn’t taking me serious. My family members have been going with him for years but I just can’t I came this year with him because I forgot To do last years and he had my paperwork. Never again."
"I went through this company to get my stimulus checks and everything went smoothly with the first $600 stimulus check but when it came to the $1,400 stimulus check he literally lied to mine and my family's faces about his bank "not liking the check" were his exact words to us and also lied on the spot about his company not dealing with stimulus checks when the $600 stimulus check went through his company!!! Very unprofessional and left my family in a jam with bills! NEVER AGAIN!!"
