"Terrible customer service. I signed up for my appointment with Kim to be at 11am today, my appointment was moved to Juan at 12pm without checking with me. I showed up for my appointment with Juan at 11:50am. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes until Juan came out. The customer he was with forgot his paperwork, and Juan allowed him to leave to pick up his paperwork and come back while I sat in the lobby. I told Juan I was disappointed with the customer service, and I was told "well this is like a doctor's office, you can't expect to be seen on time". I won't be coming here again."

"The cost is just too high to do the tax now. Married filing joint, one dependent PLUS 2 W2s, the cost came out to $273. The office manager was nice and provided some discounts still too high and likely will not come back again ending almost 7 years of relationship with block."

"Great expirence. Went in with some questions about our tax return that we already had completed. They answered all of our question and didn't charge us anything because we had already completed the return. All of the employees were so nice and we will definitely reccomend them and most likely come back next year to file with them!"
