"Do not go to H&R Block! Originally I called for a quote and I was told $150. When I received my bill it was $270. They tried to tell me that I did not say I had a dependent when I called for the quote instead of them asking me the appropriate questions to get an accurate quote. Maya, the tax agent, had horrible communication about how much my return would be. There was an $800 decrease in the return that she quoted me. I had to call multiple times over multiple days in order to finally get someone to call me back. This was the worst service I have ever experienced."
