"I had a terrible experience here. I was looking for an item and since I live in south Chandler I called to see if they had it. The gentleman on the phone confirmed they had four and that they were on the 75% off Christmas sale that I got at Karen’s hallmark in Chandler. I drove all the way to North Scottsdale to this store. When I got ready to pay the COMPLETLY RUDE manager/owner stated that she wasn’t honoring that price and when I explained that I confirmed it on the phone before I drove all the way out there she said it “Wasn’t her problem”. I will never step foot in this store again. Gratefully, I have Karen’s Hallmark in Chandler. I have never been treated this rudely by anyone at a retail store in all my years of shopping ."

"Terrible location. Sales associate just wanted to argue and talk over me. They kept trying to sign me up for the rewards program but it already felt like pulling teeth to see if I already had it. Honestly, wasted too much of my time getting to this location just to get such bad service."
"I shop at your Hallmark store and have used your postal service several times. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Yesterday I witnessed a man treat an employee so badly in the postal area. I wanted to say something to him about his horrible behavior and rudeness but he seemed as if he may turn his unwarranted anger towards me and he was downright scary. No one should be treated in that manner. The manager should have asked him to leave!,"
"Went to try and find a gift, walked in with two ladies standing at the front register and looked me dead in the eyes and didn’t even say “welcome” or “hello” and just continued to talk to each other and completely ignore me. I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t even want to ask to help find something I was looking for as they continued their own conversation. Didn’t seem to be bothered with any kind of customer service."
