"Friendly in-branch service, but virtually impossible to connect by phone with a representative. At least two prompt options do not work and an endless looping begins. My phone shows 12 attempted calls within the past 5 minutes to try to connect with a human-but no luck. Hope you have better results."

"Well the customer service is not beyond complaint. Just about like every other they want to send you a fraud alert but you have to them and they have a very high call volume so you get too lawait e or have to call back. Mediocre service just like pretty much everything else so do not consider this a high service"

"Very disappointing. We've had a business account with this bank for a couple years. It was a complicated process to say up the account and even the most minor change requires extender measures within their policies. They've blocked my debit card twice for reasons even they cannot explain, helps my deposit for too long, but turned card back on without additional calls, and won't give counter checks. They have my money and make it nearly impossible to retrieve it! *Update...2 months later they reply to this review lol. Sorry, I will be closing the account soon and going with a less complicated bank for our business."

"The only credit union I use in Arizona, and no other banks either. Sad to see them close the San Manuel branch where I live, however I have to pass by their Catalina branch every time I go shopping in Tucson so I'll just chalk that up to careful management."
