"Shouldn’t say 24 hour check cashing if every time you go you have to verify check, which definitely can’t always be done after certain hours. Supervisor should learn how to not be so rude in explaining it. Cashier definitely tried her best thank you to her."
"I have been going to this location for several years and never had an issue picking up money sent to me. Melanie the assistant informed me I couldnt pick up the money sent to me because my full name was not present or hyphenated and denied me the cash. I had the sender fix the issue she had with the name and still denied my cash after a second attempt. After i had the sender call again and try to fix the non issue we were told by Nora customer service number 227 that their system doesnt utilitize hyphenated names. So melanie please understand how to read and understand how to read a persons name its not hard common sense is free. I went to another location and they gave me the money no problems. I wasn't served customer service. Hope you can read this ok."
