"The store is filled with every possible thing needed for leather work. The selection is impressive. The people who work there...not nearly as impressive. We walked in and everyone was in the back. No greeting, no "how can I help you." We wandered around aimlessly. I very loudly announced if no one wanted to help I can shop elsewhere. My husband is far more patient then me, walked to the back, interrupted their chat session, and asked for help. If you know what you need and where it is, this store is great. If you need help, shop elsewhere"

"I'm Steve Gilworth/Hammered Hide Leatherworks from the History Channels Counting Cars. Since I moved from Las Vegas I've visited all of the Tandy locations around Phoenix. I've had very good experiences at all of them. The store I visit the most is the Tempe store. I've had nothing but the best service. The staff are all very willing to make sure your visit takes care of all your needs. I can't say I get all my supplies there, but I always look forward to the trip when I do go. Good Job !
