"I stopped by because I needed a watch cleaned, battery replaced, and band resized. This was my first time coming here and its a small shop located in a plaza off of baseline. The owner was nice and quick with less than a 10 minute wait for it all to get done. He said for my watch, battery would be $14, a quick steam clean would be free, and two links taken out would be another $10. So $24 total which is a great price! I will say the steaming seemed to have taken off some of the shine on my band, but maybe i’ll go back and ask for a polish. Regardless i’m happy with the service."

"My wedding rings were purchased from JCPenneys. Their turn around time for repairs are 4-6 weeks. I got my wedding band in December and 3-4 months later I sent it back to get resized. With in 2 days a diamond fell out. Sent it back to get repaired. And just got it back and within 2 hours same one fell out. Found a local jeweler close to me. Wishing 2 1/2 hours my ring was fixed and I got it to the correct size. as much as I love having the plan with jcp I'd rather go here for further help. I'm so happy and glad I went here"
