"I purchased a 2018 breakout. I received the bike. I had some issues with it . Nick gave me one year free warranty. I wasn’t completely satisfied and wanted to upgrade to a new bike. I was able to negotiate a deal to get into a 2023 breakout. I asked if I was going to receive the same treatment as purchasing a new bike as this was a new bike and my sales person Tori told me no there was not enough room to give me my free helmet or motor clothes.
