"They along with Arizona Pack Out are defrauding consumers. Steamy Concepts has Pack Out come in and they grossly overcharge!!! Then they put Bill collectors on you and/or put a lien on your property. Affected people need to contact the Arizona Attorney Generals Office or station KVOA in Tucson. These people need to be stopped. Read some reviews on Yelp or BBB to see how their scam works! Call Rebecca Taylor at KVOA if you have been victimized. The owner of Pack Out is a lawyer in Mesa who's been doing this for years. Why hasn't he been stopped. Seems he is using his lawyerly skills to perpetrate fraud. He has other partners in all this. For example Bingham Restoration."
"I saved my money for 2 weeks for these idiots to come clean my couch. I even called to confirm they would be here and about how much i could expect to pay. The window time frame i choose was Saturday 2/5/2022 from noon to 6pm. They never showed up or called. UNRELIABLE!!!!! DO NOT USE!!! TO STUPID TO COMPREHEND WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE A SALE OR A LOYAL CUSTOMER"
