"Although I have waited 6 years to Write this review, I feel the time has come. In Dec of 2007 I purchased an expensive home in Sedona, AZ for $540,0000. Within 6 months I was living in a hotel since the home was filled with snakes, rats , scorpions and MOLD! I was frantic with a 9th grader just starting high school at RED ROCK HIGH SCHOOL. We had just had been through a VERY TRAUMATIC experience of LOSING MY NYPD husband! I moved across the country to try to find some PEACE. YES, we had the home throughly inspected before moving in. Upon the RECOMMENDATION of Janice Speisman whose daughter, Juliette Speisman Burgess, is an attorney there. I hired an a real estate attorney from your firm, David Paltzik.. I was told to hire a contractor to again check out the home. After weeks of waiting and speaking with your Mr. Paltzik and spending thousands on hotel, I was told to sell the home that I had just purchased! WE had to wait weeks for Mr. Paltzik to come to the home to look at what was going on. I was charged $8,000 a month for 3 months to just write a LETTER TO THE Original SELLER! This was not only DISGUSTING but it WAS TAKING TOTAL ADVANTAGE OF MY DESPERATE SITUATION! WHERE DOES A LAW FIRM GET OFF CHARGING A WOMAN SUCH EXHORBITANT RATES?! A letter should cost very little! Not only did I have to move back across the country but I am once again in a bad financial situation because of VAMPIRE TACTICS TAKEN BY MEN SUCH AS THIS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!! THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART!!"
