"Horrible service. I called to ask about rates and the event today got mad at me for not completing my policy and make a payment with him. I told him that I would finish on line and he said if that was the case why even bother call him. I would not recommend this agency. If I have - stars I will rate him that way."

"I have had Geico Car and Home Insurance for several years. Their service over the years has been terrific, when we moved, when my husband passed away, when we changed cars… But you can really tell what a company is like when things go bad and you need them, unfortunately I recently had that opportunity when my son was at fault in an accident driving my car. My car was totaled (the damage exceeded 80% of its value), since it was 9 years old. The claim was handled quickly, I had a rental car in the meantime, and I feel like the amount I was paid for it was fair. It was good to deal with a company that worked quickly and fairly to make me feel whole again after that!"

"I have had a positive experience with them, good rates and knowledgeable workers. I didn’t like the holding on the phone and being transferred around to other people. I appreciated how quickly everything came in the mail. The car app. On your phone that monitors your driving for additional off your bill is a really good concept. I think there are some things that can we worked out in the app, but it really helps me focus on driving and making sure I am driving safely."
