"I wanted to go into the office to file my taxes, so I called the place several times over the course of a few days before going. No one ever answered the phone and I got not a single call back. I finally went in with all my paperwork, ready to file. I was not greeted upon my arrival, but others were. Claudia came out of her office wanting to help a family that arrived after me. I told her I was first in line so she helped me instead. She rushed through my paperwork. The whole thing took her no more than 15 minutes, yet she charged me a whooping $400, which was a good chunk of my small refund. Seeing that I was shocked by the price, she gave me a $40 discount. Still overpriced... Poor customer service and lots of extra fees as a previous review mentioned."

"Everything was fine, until the day I got my taxes, I told Claudia that I wanted my taxes to deposited to my account directly. And the day I filed them she said she was only going to charge me $198. She never mentioned nothing about extra charges. Like charges for being a student, she never called me like she said she would, I never expected a call because I was supposed to get my check directly deposited. I tracked my check and it said it should have appeared on my account on march 2. I gave it 3 more days, then I called and turns out she had my check the whole time. I went to go it up and then I see that my check is missing $300. I told her that she could take those 198 from the check but I'm still missing about 150 and turns out she was charging me for having to print the check in her office when I clearly told her to do direct deposit. Definitely not coming back she has hidden prices and pretends like she didnt do anything wrong."
