"I had a refurbished (old) Dyson and a handheld Dyson that were both in need of either replacing or repair. I was ready to purchase all the "bells and whistles" of a new vacuum cleaner or maybe two. Instead, the owner said, "Let me see what I can do." He brought both of my vacuums into almost new condition. He even taught me what I should do to maintain the quality of my vacuum for years to come. It has been almost three years since I have been to Kirby's, and my vacuums are doing their job. I think they must repair any kind of vacuum cleaner, b/c I've taken them 4 different brands over the past 5-6 years. They're professional, friendly, have fair pricing and are easy to work with.
