I get home and gen does not run.call him.every excuse under the sun.after a week, I text him to tell him that I am taking him to court.he responds in less then a minute telling me I was threating him with court.he washed his hands of it.filed small claims court on Monday. "To Whom It May Concern: I used Nick for the first time, when my travel trailer hot water heater went down. He took my call, made an appointment, showed up on time, found the problem within 10 minutes, told me the parts I needed, and I was able to fix it later, with his guidance. Not many companies are willing to help someone, that wants to save a little money on labor. Nick had no problem with helping me in that manor. The cost for he service call was more than fair, and I even tipped him a little. My second time to use Nick was when the A/C wasn't acting right, and would kick the breaker now and then. Nick took my call, asked a few questions, and told me a few things to check, and let him know if I found anything. I did everything he said, and found a loose wire connection inside the A/C unit. I cleaned and straightened the coils as he recommended and the unit has not kicked the breaker since. ( Been about two weeks.) I called Nick to give him an update on the A/C ( he picked up right a way.) and he was happy to hear it was not giving me anymore trouble. He never charged me for his time, so I told him I bought him a $25.00 gift certificate, and to come by and pick it up when he was in the area. He said I didn't have to do that, and just asked me to do a small review for him. Go figure....... There are either two different Nicks that own RV Eagle, or the rest of the people that have given him poor reviews, are the type of people that no one is able to please anyway........ For the people that will never use Nick again, I say good. That allows Nick to help more people, that appreciate his good work, and kind heart........ A VERY happy customer in N.E. Mesa. Daryl"
