"Ordered window frames and we received the wrong ones. Reordered the frames again and never received a phone call back from Diane, she was out of the office or some other excuse. My customer was so mad she cancelled the order with us. Very poor customer service. Diana did not return numerous phone calls, I don't know how you can say she did. If I new what was going on I could have relayed that to my customer. But lack of communication on her part really sucks"
"Just had a tech come out and replace the spring on our garage door. They advised that the spring should be good for 12000 cycles-- opening and closing. We have an app that monitors the number of cycles that the garage door has had over the course of 4 years. It shows ~6400 cycles. I am aware that our garage door warranty has since lapsed, but the fact that their product failed years before it should have seems shocking. When provided this information, they advised that they would look to see if anything could be done to adjust the price of supplies/service. A few hours later they called to collect payment and did not even mention the possibility of payment adjustment. Their service techs are quick and thorough, but their products seem to be lacking. Unfortunately, we will not be utilizing them in the future."
